1. General Terms
jea7 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "jea7") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. By using this website, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

2.2 Registration Process

2.3 Password & Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3. Account Management
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended immediately upon detection and any stored balance may be cancelled.
jea7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of the Terms.
- If fraud or deception is suspected.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- If abuse of the bonus system is detected.
- If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
You may request to close your account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the request is processed, however all pending bonuses will be cancelled.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You may only deposit funds from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such deposits will be cancelled.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Your identity verification must be completed before withdrawing. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New jea7 members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳28,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
- Bonuses are provided for genuine play only; any attempt to exploit the system will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
- jea7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus programme at any time.
- If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
5.4 VIP Programme
jea7's VIP programme has five tiers. Members can move up based on their regular gaming activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

6. Gaming Policy
All games available on jea7 are operated fairly and transparently. Through the use of Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, every outcome is completely random and is not connected to any previous or future result.
The following rules apply to sports betting:
- Whether a bet is accepted is entirely at jea7's discretion.
- jea7 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
- If a result is disputed, jea7's decision will be considered final.
- If evidence of match fixing or collusion in betting is found, the relevant accounts and winnings will be cancelled.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

- Harassing or deceiving other users.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of all stored balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
The jea7 website, logo, trademarks, software, graphics, content, and other materials are intellectual property owned by jea7 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of these for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
The game software available on jea7 is owned by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others). The right to use them is limited solely to playing games through the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
jea7 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, jea7 is not liable for the following:

If a dispute arises regarding any aspect of these Terms, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through jea7's support team. In the event of a dispute, jea7's final decision will be considered binding.
